Wondering how this all works? I’ve made the process simple and easy. From booking your session to receiving your final images, everything is clear and organized. Here’s a quick breakdown of what to expect.

We start by nailing a look that fits your brand. Whether that is matching what you already have or starting something fresh, we will coordinate everything so your team looks unified. You can use my easy online scheduling to find a time at the studio or have me bring the professional setup to your office.

I hear "that was actually painless" more than anything else. I spend about five minutes per person in a relaxed, low-pressure environment. It is fast, efficient, and gets your crew back to work without the photo day dread.

I keep things simple to avoid decision fatigue. Employees can pick their favorite from a gallery, or I can select the strongest shot for everyone to speed things up. I offer a lightning-fast turnaround so you can get your team on the website immediately.

Includes a consultation, online proofing, and one professionally retouched image per person.
Team Headshot Rates
These rates are per person and follow a sliding scale based on your team size.
1 Headshot: $150
2–5 People: $125
6–15 People: $100
16–29 People: $85
30+ People: $75
Group Portraits
Perfect for your website’s "About" page or press releases.
Small Crew (2–6 people): $150
Full Team (7–15 people): $200
The Whole Office (16+ people): $300
Composite Group Portrait: Starting at $250
The Fine Print
The Sliding Scale: My rates are based on volume per session. Whether it's your initial shoot or an update for new employees, the more people you bundle into one session block, the lower the rate per person.
Studio vs. Location: Studio sessions are always included at no extra cost, but I am happy to come to you. A $100 on-location fee applies to any session booked outside my studio (at your office or another site) for teams under 7. This fee is waived for sessions of 7 or more.
Ongoing Hires: No matter when you book, I’ll match your original lighting and backdrop to keep your roster looking unified.
