Nicci + Jeremy: Part I

This is a wedding story - in two glorious parts. You see, this funny thing happened right in the middle of Nicci and Jeremy planning their idyllic autumn 2020 wedding. The world, well… it shut down. Like many couples, Nic and Jer were scrambling to figure out what to do. Their venue was unsure if they would be open in time and with the world upended, they weren’t sure if they could invite their whole guest list anyway.

So, they pivoted.

In October of 2020, Nicci and Jeremy went ahead and got married. The guest list was small. Tiny, actually. Seventeen humans, in total (including myself and my little family), witnessed these stellar humans officially tie the knot. The whole shebang happened at Nicci’s cousin’s estate in northern Minnesota. It was casual, heartfelt, and just wonderful.
