On the Thursday after Christmas, a joyful youth pastor married a thoughtful firefighter during a ceremony full of twinkly lights and oh-so-much love. Kristina and Justin's lovely evening wedding was full of laughter, happy tears and even a troll or two.Kristina and Justin decided not to see each other until their ceremony, so I started the afternoon with the bride capturing a few portraits and pre-wedding shenanagins.Oh, my. Aren't Justin's kiddos adorable? They were such troopers through the whole night and made me laugh... several times.Although the couple decided not to see each other before their ceremony, they did take an opportunity to blindly hold hands and pray before the ceremony.Kristina is a pastor at Glyndon (MN) Lutheran Church - an adorable little church in an adorable little town. However, this couple is SO LOVED that they needed a larger venue for their wedding. So, they were married at Good Shepherd in Moorhead. It was so beautiful during the holiday season and was a perfect location for this faithful duo.

Following the ceremony and a bit of hugging, we rushed back into the church for a few post-wedding portraits. Then to the church gymnasium for their celebration. The couple entered the room to a bluegrass version of "You are my sunshine" followed by the first dances.A dual father-daughter dance!A lovely evening ended with speeches and cake.
