Wedding Love: Tangerine Tango

One of the greatest aspects of my job as a wedding photographer is the ability to feel guilt free about keeping up on wedding trends. After all, I need to know what to expect in the coming years, right? Okay, so I probably could just be surprised – it really has no factor on the type of photographs I take. Nevertheless, I find myself obsessed with all things wedding – and I’ve found a new venue to showcase my favorite finds. Hence the beginning of this new blog column: Wedding Love.

Like it’s Wedding Wednesday predecessor (which I co-curated last year with Sarah Arntson), this little feature column is part wedding fashion, part do-it-yourself and part wedding randomness. So, hold on… it’s going to be a wild ride.

This month: Tangerine Tango! Okay, so normally I just love colors because, lets be honest, I just love color. But, when it comes to the Pantone Color of the Year, there’s just something extra special about it. As you can guess, Tangerine Tango is their selection for 2012… and boy, oh boy, is it a festive choice. It’s a gorgeous blazing orange with a slight hint or red. It’s bright and bold and definitely not shy.

While, I can’t see any tangerine tango wedding dresses gracing the runway anytime soon, the bold color does make a fabulous accent to any lively wedding. So, without further ado, here are a few of tangerine tango inspired picks from the world wide web.
