As some of you know, I recently won two awards for the 2009 WPJA/Brides Magazine photo contest. One of the photos gained a first place win and was recently published in Bride’s magazine in the Nov/Dec 2009 issue. Woo hoo. Pretty cool. The best part? It was a photograph I took during my friend Tony’s wedding back in May of 2008… and my husband is square in the middle of the picture. I told Tony (as a joke, of course) the only way I would photograph is wedding is if he won me an award. Way to go Tony!
